Welcome to the Financial Intelligence Service (FIS). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.
The Financial Intelligence Service is an educational and intelligence platform, not a financial advisor or trading platform. All content, data, and analysis provided through FIS are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified professional before making any investment decisions.
To use FIS, you must be at least 18 years of age and currently reside in Australia. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Access to the FIS platform is currently available via a whitelist/invite-only beta. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
FIS offers a permanent Free tier and paid Pro and Founding Member tiers.
New accounts receive a complimentary 30-day trial of Pro features. When the trial period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier and you retain access to all Free features. No payment is required for the trial and no automatic charges will apply.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are generally not provided, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
All content, design, graphics, and materials on the FIS platform are the intellectual property of FIS or its licensors. You may use the platform for your personal, non-commercial education. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Certain financial data provided on the platform is sourced from the Financial Modeling Prep API. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any third-party data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIS and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria.
